It all started when…

I went to the mountains for the first time to learn how to ski. I was hooked, i’m not sure what they put in those outdoors but its good.

Now i’m a #chronicpain patient due to a multitude of illnesses and conditions. These include rheumatoid arthritis, severe post trauma osteoarthritis (I once fell off a cliff rock climbing and I’ve been involved in like 4 or 7 car wrecks), degenerative disk disease, bilateral hip dysplasia, pinched nerves, and bulging disks just to name a few. In addition to being an orthopedic disaster zone, I’ve battled depression, PTSD, and recently added atrial fibrillation (afib) to my sick resume.

One thing hasn’t changed, my love and addiction to the outdoors. Stay tuned for more adventures and stories…
